West Indies Home Contractors wishes to advise all perspective customers that the original design for this development has been changed.

Presidential Estates is an enclosed and gated community which will be built at the northern boundary of the Aviary Housing Development in Old Harbour, St. Catherine. The community sits on 7.42 hectares (18.34 acres) of land and will have a total of 103 houses with green areas located around the community.
